Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna
  • 0.5 avocado, mashed
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cucumber, diced
  • handful fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp light mayo
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • lemon juice to taste
  • dash smoked paprika
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 bagel, toasted
  • 1 boiled egg

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Serve on half a toasted bagel with a boiled egg.
  3. Optional: Serve with fresh tomatoes and a slice of cheese or in a wrap with rocket.
