Ingredients
- 3 x weetabix
- 200g high protein vanilla yoghurt or vanilla skyr yoghurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 double espresso or 3 tbsp strong black instant or filter coffee
- 0.5 tsp cocoa powder
Method
- Crush the weetabix into a bowl and mix with the coffee, milk and maple syrup.
- Layer half of it in the bottom of a jar.
- Next layer half the yoghurt, the other half of the weetabix, and finally the second half of the yoghurt.
- Top with the cocoa powder (use a small sieve or tap gently off a teaspoon).
- Eat straight away or refrigerate overnight.
