smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel thin
  • 30g light cream cheese
  • 1 tsp sweet chilli
  • 60g smoked salmon
  • 20g cucumber
  • Leaves or rocket

Method

  1. Spread the cream cheese on the bagel thin.
  2. Add the sweet chilli on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Layer with smoked salmon and cucumber slices, then finish with leaves or rocket.
