chicken and avocado bagel

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel thin
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 60g cooked chicken
  • 1 tsp sweet chilli
  • 20g (4 slices) cucumber
  • Leaves or rocket

Method

  1. Spread the avocado on the bagel thin.
  2. Add the cooked chicken on top.
  3. Drizzle with sweet chilli and top with cucumber slices and leaves or rocket.
