Ingredients
- 30g rolled oats
- 25g protein powder (vanilla or white chocolate)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1 egg
- 30ml milk of choice
Method
- Finely blitz up the oats.
- To a large bowl, add the blitzed oats, protein powder, and baking powder and mix.
- Mash your banana in a separate bowl and add the egg and milk, then whisk until smooth.
- Make a well in the center of your dry ingredients and slowly add the wet mix, whisking everything together until smooth.
- Add a ladle of your mixture at a time to a non-stick pan.
- When the mixture starts to bubble, flip the pancake over and cook on the other side until golden.
- Top with some fruit, seeds, honey, or yogurt (or all of the above!).
