overnight oats (blueberry + cinnamon)

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 100g skyr yoghurt
  • 50ml water
  • 10g honey (can use maple syrup or agave)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 5g pumpkin seeds
  • 30g blueberries

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Add a scoop of your chosen protein powder to increase the protein and add water to ensure a smooth consistency (remember to add the relevant calories).
  3. Add more or less water to reach the desired consistency.
