Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 100g skyr yoghurt
- 50ml water
- 10g honey (can use maple syrup or agave)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 5g pumpkin seeds
- 30g blueberries
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.
- Add a scoop of your chosen protein powder to increase the protein and add water to ensure a smooth consistency (remember to add the relevant calories).
- Add more or less water to reach the desired consistency.
