Ingredients
- 35g porridge oats
- 150ml milk of choice
- 1 apple
- 1 tsp honey
- 50g protein yoghurt/Skyr
- 10g granola
- Cinnamon
Method
- Grate half the apple and set to one side.
- Add the oats, grated apple, sprinkle of cinnamon, milk, and 100ml water to a frying pan with a pinch of salt and gently warm through on low heat.
- Mix the yoghurt with half a tsp of honey and set aside.
- Chop the remaining apple into chunks and pop into a mug with the remaining half tsp of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon, and microwave for 1.5-2 minutes.
- Put the cooked porridge into a bowl, top with the yoghurt, apple chunks, and finish with the sprinkle of granola for crunch.
